AWAKEN THE FIRE is a one-day, in-person men’s intensive exploring sexual energy through Kundalini Yoga, breath, movement, embodiment, honest conversation, and connection with other men.

​

And no—we’re not going to tell you to become less sexual. We’re going in the other direction.

​

• What happens when you become more capable of feeling desire?

• More present in your body?

• More comfortable with arousal and attraction?

• More aware of where your sexual energy goes?

• And more intentional about what you do with it?

We’ll explore the difference between suppressing sexual energy, compulsively discharging it, and actually learning how to hold and move it.

​

The day begins with AWAKEN THE FIRE, a full 75-minute Kundalini Yoga experience designed to activate the body, breath, nervous system, and sexual life-force.

​

From there, we get honest about sex.

​

Desire. Arousal. Orgasm. Attraction. Shame. Validation. Body image. Masculinity. Intimacy. The need to be wanted. The people we pursue. The ways we lose ourselves in sex—and the incredible vitality available when sexuality becomes something we can actually inhabit.

Later, we return to the body for CIRCULATE THE FIRE, a second 45-minute Kundalini practice exploring what happens when that charge is allowed to move beyond one part of the body.

​

Because your sexual energy isn't only about sex. It is also aliveness.
