AWAKEN THE FIRE is a one-day, in-person men’s intensive exploring sexual energy through Kundalini Yoga, breath, movement, embodiment, honest conversation, and connection with other men.

​

And no—we’re not going to tell you to become less sexual. We’re going in the other direction.

​

• More present in your body?

• More comfortable with arousal and attraction?

• More aware of where your sexual energy goes?

• And more intentional about what you do with it?

We’ll explore the difference between suppressing sexual energy, compulsively discharging it, and actually learning how to hold and move it.

The day begins with AWAKEN THE FIRE, a full 75-minute Kundalini Yoga experience designed to activate the body, breath, nervous system, and sexual life-force.

​

From there, we get honest about sex.

​

Desire. Arousal. Orgasm. Attraction. Shame. Validation. Body image. Masculinity. Intimacy. The need to be wanted. The people we pursue. The ways we lose ourselves in sex—and the incredible vitality available when sexuality becomes something we can actually inhabit.

​

Later, we return to the body for CIRCULATE THE FIRE, a second 45-minute Kundalini practice exploring what happens when that charge is allowed to move beyond one part of the body.

​

Because your sexual energy isn't only about sex. It is also aliveness.

A NOTE ABOUT THE CONTAINER

This is a sex-positive space for men to explore sexuality, desire, energy, embodiment, and connection without shame.
 

And to be clear: this is not a gay event or a straight event. It’s a men’s event. Men of all sexual orientations are welcome. The work is about our relationship with our own sexual energy—not who we are attracted to.
 

This is also a clearly bounded, non-sexual, non-contact container.
 

This is not naked yoga, a sex party, or an erotic touch event. There will be no sexual activity or intimate physical contact between participants. The intimacy we are cultivating is emotional, relational, and embodied—the capacity to be present with yourself and other men while remaining grounded in your own body and boundaries.
 

Clear agreements around consent, clothing, touch, confidentiality, and respectful conduct will be established at the beginning of the intensive and maintained throughout the day.
 

We are here to explore the energy of sexuality—not to act it out with one another.
